El viaje entendido como la obligaci\u00f3n, la despedida y el desprendimiento; el adi\u00f3s a la tierra en la que florecimos, a la cotidianeidad, al futuro y la estabilidad que imaginamos. Adi\u00f3s a nuestros rincones y nuestros tesoros, al saludo vecinal, al aroma del hogar. Nadie sue\u00f1a con el exilio ni el destierro y, sin embargo, la supervivencia tiene su rostro. Ah\u00ed inicia la b\u00fasqueda de otras condiciones: las b\u00e1sicas, las esenciales, las humanas. Ah\u00ed mismo se dibujan la incertidumbre y el temor, se gesta el movimiento silencioso en el que nos desplazamos entre susurros, por las puertas traseras y los pasillos estrechos, deseando la invisibilidad cuando nos alcanza la tormenta. Sofocados por el desapego obligado, durante el naufragio contemplamos sue\u00f1os como los nuestros hundirse en las profundidades: se anunciaba desde el embarque que no todos llegar\u00edamos a buen puerto.<\/p>\n

Entonces, la mano tendida. La posibilidad. La esperanza. Lo que queda de nosotros ha logrado el arribo. Esto apenas empieza: el calvario est\u00e1 lejos de terminar.<\/p>\n

La Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas estima que en 2020 casi 272 millones de personas viv\u00eda en un pa\u00eds distinto de su pa\u00eds natal. ACNUR calcula que la cifra de personas desplazadas por la fuerza era de 79.5 millones, de los cuales 26 millones eran refugiados, 45.7 millones eran desplazados internos y 7.8 eran desplazados internacionales.<\/p>\n

En 2023, la cifra sigue aumentando.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Ana Fuente<\/p>\n

Refugio fue realizado en el a\u00f1o 2023 por invitaci\u00f3n del Instituto Valenciano de Cultura y el Museo de Bella Artes de Castell\u00f3, dentro del programa Art in Progress \/\/1 en el mes de Julio del mismo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
